I am planning to attend the fall USHF seminar at Lucas Martial Arts Academy in Bedford, IN on November 1st. See Discord to talk logistics of carpools. The seminar starts at 0800 Central and will go for about eight hours. This is an ideal opportunity to get new material.

We will be visiting Paik's Martial Arts and Hybrid HapKiDo. Rally at 4120 Monona Dr, Madison, WI 53716 at 1900 Central on 2024-08-26. Bring exercise clothes and water at a minimum -- if you have a dobok, that is preferred. Cost for class is $20.

Hey, all! AniNIX Martial Arts is hosting a buddy challenge ruck march -- it's been rescheduled to Saturday, August 17th, starting at 9 a.m. in Belleville. We will be doing a six-mile hike with fun challenge stations at the start, finish, and each mile mark, like trivia contests and dexterity tests. There will be a warm-up prior from 0800 to 0900 with martial arts flows, yoga, calisthenics and stretching. This is partner event -- you MUST sign up with a friend! The goal is to work on building friendships and camaraderie -- the winning partners will secure a $50 Chili's Gift Card! Anyone 14 and up can enter.
