Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Currently we are operating effectively under a single independent contractor, @DarkFeather . Income for AniNIX expenses are classified as income on his taxes and reported to the state and federal governments accordingly. Currently, product orders are coordinated through him and the funds pooled for purchase with the items being delivered directly -- the AniNIX does not profit from any products sold.
However, it would be good to review how to formalize this with a more experienced person. Some documents of interest:
We will not be filing for formal 501(c)(3) status for the overall AniNIX organization. We are looking at starting either a 1099 or LLC consulting service for businesses to build our legitimacy.
Martial Arts is a nonprofit but does not need 501(c)(3) formalization because it does not involve payments of a sufficient volume.
