We should have a role for dialing out to phone-based TTY's & old-school BBS's. I'm hoping to connect [minicom](https://man.archlinux.org/man/minicom.1) via a VOIP line like Google Voice.
If that fails, I'm hoping I can let minicom listen in on the audio line over Bluetooth by placing the USB audio on an accessible socket. See https://askubuntu.com/questions/248817/how-to-i-connect-a-raw-serial-terminal-to-a-bluetooth-connection.
The idea is to offer a way to access BBS's and OOB management devices over a phone line.
